Thank you for your interest and support of my small business! ☀️ I am Heather, an experienced, licensed cosmetologist and mother of 4! Since earning my license, I have taken numerous additional education courses and spent thousands to receive several certifications that further advance my skill set. I am a certified IBE®️Extension Specialist, color correction perfectionist, vivid color enthusiast, and loverrr of lived-in blondes! I am obsessed with bringing vitality to otherwise ordinary hair and helping my clients achieve their dream hair while keeping the hair’s integrity as my priority! 💪🏼 Below are some important things I need to communicate so we can make the most of our time together! I look forward to meeting you in my chair! Cheers! 💋 Things you should know: There is a drop down menu on my booking site to select a category for the type of service you need. PLEASE read the descriptions of the services I provide to select the one(s) that best fit your specific needs. Any service you wish to receive will need to be booked ahead of time so I can efficiently complete your full appointment. Meaning adding a cut, curls, flat ironed, etc. Should you not reserve the time at booking but wish to add it on the day of your appointment, I may or may not be able to accommodate that request as I will be intricately maximizing my schedule to value everyone’s time and ensure I can get home to my family as well. ⏳ I’ll always do my best to accommodate add ons! Please note, some of my more time consuming, larger services do require a deposit in order to value the extended time I book out for those appointments. The deposit will go towards the amount due unless you no show or cancel after the 48hr window, then you will forfeit the deposit. 💸 I do have (and have always had) a cancellation policy. Last minute cancellations (less than 48hrs notice) and no shows will be subject to a 50% fee of your scheduled service. This will be collected from your card on file or loaded to your profile to be paid before your next booked service. In addition, if you cancel or reschedule your booked appointment three times consecutively, you will no longer be able to pre-book or book online— you will be on “walk in” status and I will fit you in where I can when you’re actually ready for the service(s). There are always exceptions- we’re all human 🫶🏻 Finally, as a reminder, appointments can be booked, confirmed, changed/cancelled online conveniently via the link to my website either through your initial booking text or my social media account bios, including Facebook and Instagram @SunstoneSalonSRQ. Confirming your appointment helps me plan my day accordingly, and non-confirmed appointments may be subject to cancellation on my end.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Ideally, as much notice as possible is appreciated to cancel your appointment but at least a 48 hour notice is required to cancel. Same day cancellations and no-shows will result in a cancellation fee of 30% of the booked service. In addition, should you decide to drop a larger service off of the original booked appointment the day of, it is treated as a cancellation and you will be responsible for 50% of the original service amount that was dropped. Lastly, if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you may need to be rescheduled or may have to forfeit the finishing touches of the service such as a blowout and/or style.
